With over 30 years of experience, our kitchen is led by the exceptionally talented Chef John Ratana, a true master of Japanese cuisine. Before joining us, Chef John refined his skills at numerous esteemed establishments, amassing a diverse culinary background. His journey to becoming a sushi master began with rigorous training in Japan, where he immersed himself in the traditions and intricate techniques of authentic Japanese cooking.

We firmly believe in fairly compensating our staff, so tipping should always be completely optional and never feel pressured.
